Napfényes étterem vegan restaurant in Budapest

On Tuesday, we tried one of the few vegan/vegetarian restaurants available in Budapest. Its name is Napfényes étterem .We decided to give it a shot! On the whole, the food was okay but lacked a bit of taste and savors. The spicy soy yogurt with the foccacia and the fried Seitan were the best choices with the Sómloi dessert. However, we were a bit disappointed by the rest. Furthermore, I made a discovery! The name of the treasure is Carob! Basically, this plant is used as a substitute for chocolate and is much more healthier. Next day, I found a Carob chocolate tablet ( totally dairy-free and suitable for vegans) at my local vegan store and I really love the taste of it!
