Hey you guys!
Christmas is coming and I'm trying to brainstorm new recipes. I came up with an original sesame milk recipe combined with dates ( for the softness and thickness) and cinnamon ( for some Christmas notes). I promise you won't let your glass empty!
You'll need:
- 40 grams sesame seeds
- 8 pitted dates
- 400ml water
- A pinch of cinnamon
- Grind the sesame seeds and cinnamon until you get a paste
- Put the mixture into boiled water and mix
- Pour the sesame water into the blender and add 8 pitted dates. Blend for 2 minutes. Use a strainer to separate small chunks of sesame from the milk.
Here we go! You can enjoy this milk hot or cold !
