Soya Chunks masala dish



This recipe is an Eastern Indian dish. It is tasty and very quick to prepare! Here is my own version ---->
You will need:
- Macedoine vegetables
- Soya chunks soak in water
- masala curry powder
- salt
- Coconut milk
- Spring onions
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- oil

first step: Cook together the macedoine vegetables with the coconut milk and 3 tablespoons of oil. Add salt, sugar and masala curry powder as you stir the preparation.

Second step: Take the water out of the soya chunk. Drain them till they are dried but still a bit wet and add them into the preparation.

Stir and stir to get all the savors and serve accompanied with rice or naan but can also be used as a stuffing for your tortilla!
