It's been seven years since I haven't seen a turkey displayed on my table on Christmas day. Now, even though dairy products have also been banned, Christmas can be felt in my home and my delicious dishes. Obviously, you've got to innovate and use your creativity ! Exotic fruits, nuts and seeds, cabbage rolls filled with aubergine/hazelnut cream, Portobello mushrooms with a yummy medlar/ apple/chestnut sauce AND as a dessert, a carob/apple roll topped with soya whipped cream and cinnamon, that what we had! We were stuffed!
