Vegan Green tea cupcakes with frosting :-)

Hummm!! Here is my latest recipe. How to make those yummy green-tea (matcha) cupcakes with frosting.

Frosting:

1 teaspoon of match (green tea powder)
1 cup of Soy milk
3 cups of icing sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of earth balance

Mix together all these ingredients until you get a sticky green paste and put the latter straight in the fridge.
To make the cupcakes, follow my first recipe, However put your cupcakes (once ready) in the fridge and let them cool down.
Add the Matcha paste on the top and pour with chocolate. Let them again cool down in the fridge and serve 2 hours after accompanied by a Fresh green tea!
