My Breakfast smoothie full of energy

My mum asked me last time on Skype where I get my energy from.
I told her it comes from my breakfast smoothie and that's true! Not only my smoothie is full of vitamins but also it suppresses cravings until lunch.
Here is my secret and I'm glad to share it with you guys :-)

- 2 banans
- 1 cup of raspberries
- 1 cup of your favorite fruit ( I recommend to use a seasonal one)
- 1 cup of soy milk
- a pinch of linseeds
- 5 almonds

- 2 bananes
- 1 tasse de framboises
- 1 tasse de ton fruit préféré ( de saison )
- 1 tasse de lait de soja
- un peu de graines de Lin
- 5 amandes


Blend and savor!
