Paradise

 

A piece of Paradise is what I’ve found,
blossoming upward out of the ground.
A full spectrum of color fills my eyes,
while my thoughts are lifted by butterflies.

With their incredible scent, each flower’s a clue
of this world where breathing is delightful to do.
The beauty of this world must be simply aglow.
My dreams of paradise are beginning to grow.

Beyond the sky is an effulgence of light
that illuminates even the dark of night.
A world where the day is never done;
this fruit-filled and flowery world of fun.

The most powerful pleasure is love’s embrace.
Its joy lifts us to an unearthly place.
It guides us upward to the realms above,
A Paradise feeling lives within Love.

A touch of paradise lives in sunrays,
In nature’s calm and wildflower bouquets.
Our glimpses of paradise light the way
to a brighter world, that will be, someday.
