Raw Vegan Mulberry Pie

 
This recipe is fully raw vegan and more than easy to do! And that’s great because I’m getting more and more interested in raw veganism and the benefits to get out of this pure and natural plant-based diet.
How to make the pastry:
Simply blend 2 cups of dates and 2 cups of walnuts together
That’s incredible! With this raw pastry you can make any kind of pie, even a cheese-cake ( certainly my next recipe J )
Topping:
Blend 1 banana with 2 cups of Mulberries
Pour the topping onto the pastry and place in the freezer for about 3 to 4 hours.
