Vegan Tofu/Banana Cheesecake





This cheesecake is full of protein (14grams) and it takes 5 minutes to make it! The tofu combined with banana gives a cheesy and smooth texture to this dessert.
Try this out!

Cheesecake’s Crust:
Just like for the pie below, blend dates with walnuts together till you get a thick paste.

cheese”:
Blend 100gr of tofu (brick) with 2 bananas for 5 minutes and pour the mixture onto the crust.
Let it rest into the freezer for 4 hours.
