Yellow tomatoes with grounded Hazelnuts


An easy recipe to get you through the summer.
I was lucky today to find yellow tomatoes at my local Asian store. I was wondering what I could do with that and I came up with this delicious and fresh soup!

Mix in your blender:
-  150 grams of yellow tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- Thai Balsam
- A bit of water
- 50 grams of Grounded Hazelnuts
- A bit of salt
- Raw peanuts to serve
