Kale Salad- Healthy Lunch on the go!

 Dressing 
    1/2 cup Nutritional yeast
    1/4 cup Flour
    2 tbsp Cornstarch
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    2 cups Water
    1 tsp Yellow Mustard
    2 tbsp Oil (olive preferred)
    Mix everything together and boil  until it gets thick. 
 
Salad 
     - Kale
     - Walnuts
     - grated carrots
     - Sunflower seeds
     - a bowl of cooked Farrot grains

Crackers ( Raw vegan)
