Seitan balls in coconut curry sauce

 How to make Seitan?

-1 cup vital wheat gluten flour
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
- 1/2 cup cold vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced fine or use garlic powder)

Mix everything until the mixture becomes thick and stretchy.  Form a bun and cut it into small doughs.
Boil in water for 45 minutes ( I added curry and a bit of salt).

Coconut curry sauce

1/2 cup light coconut milk
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoons cornstarch

Mix everything in a saucepan and cook the mixture for 10 minutes.
