Easy and quick recipes (less than 3 minutes No joke!)

 Soya sauce 
Mix a soy yogurt with finely chopped parsley and basil. Add some salt to taste.
To serve with bread ( see below) or any other dishes you fancy.

 Home-made Bread
Mix in a bowl flour with salt, yeast and seeds ( it can be sunflower seeds or sesame seeds, I personally add raisins and walnuts) add water until you get a thick paste. Let the dough rest for a few minutes till it starts to rise in size. Put in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

Coconut date rolls:
Great with a tea!  This recipe is suitable for raw vegan folks.
Squeeze the dates until you get a sticky paste. Form balls and pour them in coconut powder.
Let rest in the fridge 2 hours and serve.
